Websites + AI for salons, trades, cafés and clinics
I'm Arjun. I build the website that brings customers in, and the AI that replies, books and follows up while you're closed, on a job or asleep.
The problem
You can't pick up with your hands in a sink, a client in the chair or a queue at the counter. Customers don't wait. They message the next name on the list.
Someone asks if you're free Saturday. You see it at 7 am. They've booked somewhere else.
You miss a call mid-job. No voicemail, no second try.
Three quote requests wait while you finish up. By the time you reply, one has gone cold.
Your evening goes on invoices, reminders and chasing no-shows.
Example conversation
This is what your customers get at any hour: a quick, friendly answer and a confirmed booking, while you get on with your day or your sleep.
Example conversation. Scripted to show how it works. Not a real customer, and no AI is running on this page.
Different businesses, same moment

What I build
Built around one button: book, call or ask. Clear about what you do and what it costs, fast on any phone, and live in days.
An assistant that answers enquiries in seconds, books them into your calendar, texts back missed calls, sends reminders and chases quotes. It uses your prices, your hours and your tone, and you can see everything it does.
Because I build both, an enquiry on your site goes straight into your calendar. No copying between apps.
How it works
You tell me what's slow and what you want more of. No pitch deck.
Pages, features, price and date, in writing, before anything is built.
You watch it come together on a private link and tell me what to change.
Domain, hosting, accounts and logins sit in your name from day one.
Who you'll work with
Who do I actually talk to?
Me, Arjun. The person doing the work, not an account manager.
What if you go quiet after I pay?
You'll see it being built. Progress goes up on a private link the whole way, and the date is in the plan you approved.
What if we stop working together?
Nothing held hostage. Your domain, hosting and logins are in your name from day one. You keep everything.
No client logos here yet, and none made up. This site is the proof: planned, written and built the same way yours would be.
Starting prices
Every project gets a fixed quote after the call. Hosting and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, so there's no markup.
Questions
Most sites go live within days of the plan being approved, not months. The exact date is written into the plan before work starts.
It's written in your voice, with your prices, hours and answers to the questions you get every week. It's tested on real messages from your business before it goes live, and anything it isn't sure about comes straight to you.
It keeps a log of everything it does, and it can be paused at any time. Anything that talks to customers can start with you approving each message until you trust it.
You do. The domain, hosting and every login are set up in your name, and you get a handoff document with all of it.
The plan includes a monthly estimate for hosting and AI usage. Those bills go to your own accounts, with no markup from me.
You get a handoff document and a walkthrough. After that, changes are one message away, and monthly support is there if you want it.
Salons, trades, cafés, clinics, shops and studios all lose customers the same way: messages that wait too long. If you get more enquiries than you can answer, it's worth a call.

A few lines is plenty. It goes straight to my inbox, and I'll reply personally with what I'd do about it.
